Lance started his career as an assistant golf pro at Forest Ridge when it opened in 1990. From there, Tom Jones hired him to assist in opening Karsten Creek Golf Club in 1994.

Course designer Tripp Davis took notice of Lance’s ability to create something from nothing and enlisted him to launch Stewart Peninsula Golf Course in Dallas. Thereafter, Tripp brought Lance back to the Tulsa area to launch Clary Fields in Sapulpa. After opening, he served as their head pro until Forest Ridge approached him to come back and run their golf operations. Lance spent the next 15 years as Forest Ridge’s Director of Golf and eventually general manager.

In 2021 Lance accepted a job in Joplin as the GM & Head Golf Professional of Twin Hills Country Club, a club with a rich history.

We are ecstatic to have Lance as our Head Golf Professional, allowing him to come "home" to the market he loves while getting back to his true passion: running golf operations.

Max is a Tulsa native and graduate of the University of Oklahoma. His passion lies in the world of golf, where he is not only a PGA Associate but also as a Taylormade Demo Tech. Max's expertise goes beyond casual enjoyment of the sport. With a commitment to excellence, he finds joy in giving lessons to golfers of varying skill levels and ensuring a perfect fit when it comes to clubs. The precision and attention to detail in his fitting process reflect Max's dedication to enhancing the overall golfing experience. Join Max on the course and let every swing count!

Rachel is a Louisianan-turned-Okie after creating roots in Tulsa during her college career at Oral Roberts University. Golf entered her life as soon as she was old enough to toddle and hold a plastic toy club. It was love at first swing. From 2018 - 2020, she played Division I golf at ORU and eventually graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor’s in Writing. Rachel has completed the 2024 - 2025 PGA WORKS Fellowship with the South Central Section of the PGA and is now a PGA Associate with a passion for fostering the future generations’ love of golf through tournaments, lessons, and volunteer opportunities at Indian Springs.

Hunter was born and raised in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma who has been playing golf since he could remember, and he absolutely loves the game! When He's not golfing, you can find him hunting, fishing, or hanging out with his family. He is passionate about helping people learn and have fun playing golf because it teaches patience and focus, and is a great activity to do with friends and family. He wants everyone to feel welcome and excited to be part of the golfing community, whether they're just starting out or already pros, and Hunter feels that Indian Springs is a perfect place for that! You may also spot him on the APT tour where he's played and will play in many events.
