Whether you're coming to enjoy our fabulous menu, or simply wanting to have a drink after a round of golf, The Club at Indian Springs has everything that you are looking for. Our menu has been redesigned by Executive Chef, Tiffany Woodrell, to feature an elegant variety of great food. Using only the freshest ingredients, your dining experience is enhanced with the addition of a 'Spa Menu' that gives our members and their guests a low-calorie option with big time flavor.

Our Rivermill Pub is a great place to wet your whistle and watch the big game. Designed for everybody, we feature a non-smoking addition and heated outdoor areas for the heavier smoke. At Indian Springs, we know that comfort and service mean everything to your pub experience. Come on out to the Rivermill Pub and enjoy our pub style appetizer menu with a cold brew.

With a lifelong passion for cooking (shout out to Julia Child!), her career in the Culinary Arts began after high school graduation.  Tiffany’s first position and first leg of her journey was at Southern Hills Country Club where she contributed to the culinary success of both the 2007 PGA Tournament and the U.S. Amateur Championship in 2009. Following Southern Hills, Tiffany accepted the position of head chef at Pier 51 CafĂ© on Keystone Lake and enjoyed three years of success before joining the Oaks Country Club as their pastry chef.  During this time she also formed her own custom cake business in Mannford, Oklahoma. As a student of the Culinary Arts program at Tulsa Technology Center, Tiffany competed in many cooking competitions and came away with three gold and one silver medal.  You may have also seen a segment she did with KTUL, Channel 8 in Tulsa during their morning show.

Kate has spent the last ten years in the fine dining industry and brings with her a passion for wine. She is a certified level one wine sommelier and takes great pride in her ability to help people uncover avenues of wine that are outside their usual preference. Her knowledge of wine is rivaled only by her knowledge of spirits - and although she doesn’t claim to have a favorite spirit - she insists that through her use of fresh ingredients (and Voodoo), her cocktails will become your favorite no matter the distilled selection. In addition to her wine and spirit experience, her background in Italian cuisine was formed during her time at Villa Ravenna, her fine dining experience was gained at Polo Grill, and her upscale steak house time was spent at Prhyme. Kate loves to travel, especially to Europe, and loves the Chicago Bears.
