Mark Budler, Head Golf Professional
As our club’s Head Golf Professional, Mark Budler oversees our golf staff and the daily operations of our two 18-hole courses. Mark, originally from Springfield, Missouri, graduated from Evangel University with a degree in Business and Finance. He lettered all four years on the golf team, twice earning the honors of ALL-HAAC and Academic All-American. Mark comes to The Club at Indian Springs after serving as the Tournament Director for the Oklahoma Golf Association. From 2016-2017, he was the Head Golf Professional at Muskogee Golf Club and prior to that served as the Assistant Golf Professional at Duncan Golf & Tennis Club from 2011-2016, where his career began. Mark has been a PGA Member since 2014 and takes great pride in the Club and the Club Members he represents. He has a passion for teaching and helping junior golfers and has been selected by U.S. Kids Golf Top 50 Kids Teacher Honorable Mention 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017. Mark and his wife Shapauni have a 3 year old son and they enjoy the outdoors, being involved at their church and watching Nebraska football.

Jacob Baird, Assistant Golf Professional
Jacob Baird played collegiate golf for one year at Ottawa University before transferring his sophomore year to Rogers State University to pursue a degree in Business Management. As a student athlete as RSU, Jacob was a member of the 2018 Heartland Conference Championship team, was selected 3 times to the Heartland Conference Honor Roll and received the Division 2 Athletics Director Association Academic Achievement Award for the 2017-18 school year. Jacob looks forward to contributing to the team at The Club at Indian Springs and beginning his journey toward becoming a PGA Professional at a world class facility.

Hagan Barmasse, Assistant Golf Professional
Hagen Barmasse, a native of Houston, Texas, joined The Club at Indian Springs golf staff as an Assistant Golf Professional in January, 2020. A graduate of Rogers State University, Hagen earned honorable mention All-American recognition in 2017 after earning first-team All-Heartland Conference, Heartland Conference Player of the Year and first-team Ping All-Region honors. During the 2016-17 season, he earned nine Top 10 finishes in 11 events and had three runner-up finishes--ending the year with a 71.86 scoring average. Continuing his education, he attended the University of North Alabama and coached while obtaining a Master’s Degree in Sports and Recreation Management. Hagen is excited to join the staff at Indian Springs and to become a member of the Professional Golf Management team.
