Pro Staff with The Club at Indian Springs

  Mark Budler, Head Golf Professional 

Mark currently serves as our club’s Head Golf Professional, overseeing our golf staff and daily operations of our 36 holes.  Mark is from Springfield Missouri where he graduated from Evangel University where he studied Business and Finance and was a 4 year letter man on the golf team, including twice earning ALL-HAAC and Academic All-American. Mark comes to the Indian Springs after being the Tournament Director for the Oklahoma Golf Association.  Mark was also at Muskogee Golf Club where he was the Head Golf Professional from 2016-2017.  His career began as an Assistant Golf Professional at Duncan Golf & Tennis Club from 2011-2016.   Mark is a PGA Member since 2014 and takes pride in the Club and Club Members he represents.  Mark has a passion for teaching and helping junior golfers, evident by him being selected as a U.S. Kids Golf Top 50 Kids Teacher Honorable Mention 2014,2015,2016 & 2017.  Mark and his wife Shapauni have a 2 year old son and enjoy the outdoors, being involved at their Church and watching Nebraska football.

 Jordan Blackmon, Assistant Golf Professional

Jordan is from Midland TX and joined the Indian Springs staff in December of 2018. Previously, he worked as an assistant at Oaks Country Club. He attended Oklahoma State University where he majored in Landscape Architecture and Golf Course Design before joining the PGA of America. Jordan loves to teach the purity and simplicity of the golf swing. He values and enjoys teaching all ages and levels of experience so more people can truly enjoy the great game of golf. 

 Jacob Baird, Assistant Golf Professional

Jacob played collegiate golf for one year at Ottawa University, then transferred his Sophomore year to Rogers State University where he graduated with a degree in Business Management and was a three year member of the golf team. Was a part of the 2018 Heartland Conference Championship team, was selected 3 times to the Heartland Conference Honor roll, and received the Division 2 Athletics Directors Association Academic Achievement Award for the 2017-18 school year. Jacob is really looking forward to joining the team at Indian Springs and beginning his journey toward becoming a PGA Professional at a world class facility like Indian Springs.
