Executive Chef - Tiffany Woodrell

With a lifelong passion for cooking (shout out to Julia Child!), her career in the Culinary Arts began after high school graduation.  Tiffany’s first position and first leg of her journey was at Southern Hills Country Club where she contributed to the culinary success of both the 2007 PGA Tournament and the U.S. Amateur Championship in 2009. Following Southern Hills, Tiffany accepted the position of head chef at Pier 51 CafĂ© on Keystone Lake and enjoyed three years of success before joining the Oaks Country Club as their pastry chef.  During this time she also formed her own custom cake business in Mannford, Oklahoma. As a student of the Culinary Arts program at Tulsa Technology Center, Tiffany competed in many cooking competitions and came away with three gold and one silver medal.  You may have also seen a segment she did with KTUL, Channel 8 in Tulsa during their morning show.

Joe Garrett - Bar Manager

As an Oklahoma native, Joe’s childhood was spent in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He graduated from Putnam City North High school and soon after joined the United States Marine Corp.  During his six years in the Marine Corp as a “tow gunner”, Joe was fortunate to tour Italy, Germany and Africa. Returning from the Marines he studied at Oklahoma State University and Tulsa Community College with a focus on Business Management.  His first position was at Chili’s Restaurant and Bar, which then led to a position at Forest Ridge Golf Club as Dining Room Manager.  Joe also worked at the Oaks Country Club as Beverage Director and a local gathering spot here in Tulsa on Cherry Street. Joe’s goal is to provide the “best experiences” for each person that he has the privilege to serve.  He loves to golf, travel and spend time with his family.  Living each day filled with new experiences, laughter and a zest for life are all important elements in his life.
